2-week training programme for SKUAST interns concludes.

The two week training programme on treatment, breeding, care and management of equines for interns of BVSc and AH, faculty of veterinary sciences, SKUAST, at 54 Advanced Field Veterinary hospital concluded on Wednesday, an army spokesman said in a statement.

He said, “ The training programme provided firsthand experience and exposure on various aspects of equines for fresh veterinary graduates of the Valley utilising the core competence of Remount Veterinary Corps in all aspects related to equines.”He said colonel  Ravinder Yadav, commandant 54 advanced field veterinary hospital complimented the interns for their active participation and keenness to learn new techniques and finer nuances of equine practice. Dr S A Wani, dean, FVSc, SKUAST- Kashmir thanked the commandant and entire team of 54 AFVH for training interns.
