Governor said that a sustained endeavour towards strengthening of our democratic institutions and maintenance of communal harmony and brotherhood would be a befitting tribute to Sheikh Sahib.

Meanwhile, chairman, J&K Wakf Board, Khurshid Ahmed Ganai, today paid glowing tributes to Sheikh Muhammad Abdullah on his 113th birth anniversary and lauded his singular contribution to the development of Muslim Auqaf Trust in Jammu & Kashmir, which has now evolved as J&K Wakf Board.
