Suspected militants on Tuesday night barged into the homes of two Special Police Officers (SPOs) in Below village of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district and warned them against continuing their jobs with the police.

A source said that at least three militants thrashed the SPOs, identified as Shakir Ahmad Bhat and Sajad Ahmad Ahangar, and asked them to resign or “otherwise face consequences.”He said the militants threatened to kill them if they didn’t leave their jobs.
